The thing is we all know that there are multiple Energy Lock Seeds. Sid and Yoko haven't lost their driver so they could easily replace the Lock Seeds.

After watching the subs, here is what Project Ark really is:
- Sengoku Drivers allow users to turn the Helheim fruits into Lock Seeds, and through the buckle this turns the Lock Seeds into harmless power to humans.
- Humans consume this power to live and therefore are able to survive in Helheim conditions.
- In 10 years it is only possible to construct 1 billion Sengoku Drivers, equating to only about a seventh of the world population.
- However just leaving the 6 billion behind is a problem, as they will eventually turn into Invess and creates problems for the surviving people.
- Hence the plan is to reduce the world population to 1 billion over 10 years. As Yggdrasil is a large multinational company, they can do this by tweaking various production lines in medicine, food production etc.
- Basically in blunt words Yggdrasil needs to murder 6 billion people in 10 years. So for Zawame City which only has 200 thousand people, it's nothing compared to the scale of the whole project, like how Takatora said they still need to get rid of 30 thousand times of this number.
Yes but the point is that Ryoma won't be the 'last energy rider standing' because the others can still transform.

Ryouma will most likely make sure the others don't get new Energy Lock Seeds. He's a guy who also craves power like Kaito so why should those who have proven themselves weak be allowed to get their power back. Sid lost to Kouta, Yoko lost her's in a rather humiliating way, Ryouma is undermining Takatora so there's no way he's getting another Melon Energy Lock Seed after episode 23 if he loses it.
and even if they do get new ones Ryouma is still the last Energy Rider standing in that he is the only one who hasn't lost his first Energy Lock Seed.
Kamen Rider Gaim is just way too good. If it really is going to be a 50 episode series, and we're only just in the 20's, I expect the stakes to go higher and the intensity to exceed its limit. This episode was all kinds of awesome.
The way they reacted to the Crack appearing in a really public location was pretty realistic, covering it up and having armed forces guarding it. I can only assume that Kaito was dropping some explosives or something, or maybe bait for the Overlord Invess? Not sure, but man. Kaito is really all about power isn't he? Jerk. xD Love Kota's facepalm.
Loved the defence team with the Kurokage troopers and Marika. And Jinba Cherry has super speed eh? I wonder what the other two Jinba forms have. Guess we'll find out soon enough, since he stole Yoko's lockseed. Pretty awesome scene.
Man, Sengoku is one strange character. So calm during this whole scene, and just having fun experimenting around. I didn't expect Project Ark to be the development of 1 billion Sengoku Drivers, let alone kill 6/7ths of the worlds population. That's extreme. Yggdrasil must have massive influence on the world. But yeah, I can see why Kota reacted the way he did. From one perspective, I can understand the science behind Project Ark, the reasoning behind it. But tell any good-natured person that you plan to kill a majority of man-kind off and I think they'd react the same way.
Scalar System stuff was suitably intense too. The way they built it up by showing the hangars. Mitchy, have fun trying to explain this one. :laugh: His conversation behind Kota's back to Sengoku was really well-filmed.
Gaim just storming the Yggdrasil tower and taking out all those Kurokage troopers was just badass. Zangetsu vs Gaim pt 3 ended differently than expected. Gaim is really getting powerful. He's grown a lot since the beginning of the season.
Takatora is ready to pull the trigger and kill all of Zawame City if he has to, but clearly he isn't extremely comfortable about it (scene at the start of the episode). Well here he shows that he knows what Yggdrasil is doing and he truly believes it is the only way. Again, it's a tough position.
Gotta hand it to the actors - they are all very competent. I haven't seen any real bad acting in this series yet. Kota's reaction to learning that he killed Yuya was pretty chilling and Gaku Sano portrayed that pretty well.

Moving on, Ryouma is certainly moving up in psychopath ranks, what with the whole kill 6/7ths of the total poulation.
Kaito is heading more and more into villain territory, and it seems the only other truly good rider other than Kouta is Zack. This does not bold well. Especially since Miccy is acting more and more like his brother.
Also, I'm seriously wondering if Takatora is genuinely unaware of all the stuff Ryouma is planning to do behind his back, or if he's just acting like he is. 'Cause Ryouma might as well tell Takatora all of his plans with how unsubtle he's being.
