Kamen Rider Fourze Rumor/Picture Thread Part 2

The one Kamen Rider-related piece of media I liked the least was "Kamen Rider: The Next", the one I liked the most was "Kamen Rider Decade". All the pre-show stuff that has come out has left Fourze stuck right in the middle.

As long as it's KR, I'm still watching it.

I totally get that. One totally missed the point of what a Kamen Rider is and the other totally missed the point of what a Kamen Rider is.

I get the feeling that OOO is going to somewhat overshadow Fourze for the fandom (like W might have done for OOO, had OOO not been written by Yasuko Kobayashi, who could come out with any old **** and people would still lap up her style.) Half of fandom already has a downer on Fourze because of the suit design and high school setting - but whatevs. Hate on, haters, I'm looking forward to this show

Same here, since I like that Toei is trying different things with KR. Like what they did with W & the whole privite detective setting. While some fans don't like that the franchise is becoming more light & funny because they're more used to dark & serious tone. I'm more behind the change, especially we're now in the 2010's.

To summarize the thread, I'd like to say that it would be nice if people would start looking for positive sides of the show instead of looking for negatives to hate on the show online. Just saying.

That's their choice. We can't really stop people from saying/writing negative stuff.

People just like "cool adult" films with blood, sex etc. They don't want to watch childish films. Some people try to put Kamen Rider into this adult framework. But this isn't right. Kamen Rider should stay as Kamen Rider. I only wish new seasons to be more like Faiz or Ryuki. Even Kiva wiil be enogh for me.

W was an awesome first-time Rider experience for me but I grew disinterested in OOO's fairly fast. I'm still trying to watch a little bit of it here and there; I love the show's style and gimmick but it just ain't keeping me coming back.

But I'm looking forward to Fourze and I'm gonna give it a chance. Why? The creative team behind it. I hated the design, too, but after seeing a clip of Fourze's cameo in the OOOs movie and getting a feel for his character, I'm banking on the design growing on me as endearingly derpy.

Here's looking forward to next month.

And that's your opinion, you can like the movie the same way I like Kiva.

My opinion about the movie: It was boring, confusing, and disastrously paced. The only saving graces I saw in that movie were Ichimonji and the fight scenes, but even that wasn't enough to salvage the film for me.

While atm Fouze doesn't look all too appealing, I've honestly warmed up to the suit a lot. I won't decide for sure how I feel until we are a decent amount into the show, but as long as it's Kamen Rider I'll be watching it.
