So I'm designing a shirt with cafe press that will say:

1. "Henshin!"
2. Pull the Lever.
3. Raise Your Hand.

But I wanna put something on the back. Any ideas?

Also, is there anywhere cheaper than cafe press?
Shouldn't "Pull the lever" be before "Henshin" since he needs to do that to Henshin?
Which...means transform. :sly:

I can get wanting to keep henshin, but the logic that he doesn't say transform is...odd since he's speaking Japanese.
JAPANESE WORDS ARE COOLER!!!
It's Space Time! :castlerock:
Space Yeaaah....No ones ever gonna use that are they?....

In case someone wants it as an avatar...

I think I actually spotted the camera on two screenshots I took from the episode. Look under the left eye. It sort of looks like a camera, and the right hand is under the right eye

I suppose you're right. Nobody really said anything about his different uniform either.

It goes with the flame on his shoes and bag.... The too small vest,

He's just like travolta in Greese.... the bad guy stereotype. Taking the general ambiance of the show, he's a cliche just like all other character. The evolution of all of them will make the difference.

Gentaro has everything out of a traditional yanki. In fact, when you think about it, he's a Japanese school drama cliche and all other character are an american drama cliche. That's maybe the reason for his uniform and hair cut, it's to highlight him as the hero I guess.

I think he's not scared also because he's the type of guy who's trying to make things right. He's trying to save her from the football team when the Zodiart is coming and he's just going on trying to save her from the explosion... He's in the action so.... doesn't take the time to think "humm, sh...t a monster... Let's run away!"

Am I crazy for thinking it's a bit shocking to have the principal be the bad guy in a Japanese show, as well? It seems to me that they prefer to have students fighting evil students, not adult authority figures. Maybe there are some examples I'm not thinking of, though.

In fact, in Space sheriff GAVAN, an episode was in a school and the teacher was the monster. The child was talking of the rabbits which were eaten by the monster from what I recall. No one trusted the kid except gavan who destroyed it. It was a bit different but in Gavan, generally the monster were under human form and having responsabilities in police, etc.

It was ok as they were some kind of betrayar using the humans nice feeling...

I guess, it's gonna be the same here, the Japanese student fighting for the freedom of the world and the good educational system against an evil guy trying to corrupt their mind.

It can be tricky though...

Well now, our good pal Sakamoto gets a turn at the helm.

And I gotta say, for a first episode, this is probably the bet I've seen of any series so far. The characters are bubbly and energetic, the setting is very fresh, and the action is top notch.

It feels like the AU Faiz from Decade if it were a full series.

I LOVE Genta. One of the most hot-blooded Kamen Rider's we've had in awhile. Doesnt have the calm swagger of Shotaro and Philip, nor the doofyness of Eiji. He brings his own thing to the table that I think will stand him apart from the others.

The enemy design is also INCREDIBLY well done. I love how regal they all look.
Something about the enemy design reminds me of past Sentais. It could be the disc head guy reminds me of Alpha 5, but other than that I can't really pinpoint why, and I haven't even watched much of older sentais, besides bits of Jetman. I don't know why. I was about to mention that I thought AU Faiz was about highschool and it was a well received arc, I'm surprised that there are some who don't Fourze's setting?

I guess I'm too late to claim a gif Yuki for my sig :(

Speaking of fighting monsters though, has been a while since I seen an actor doing bits of the stunt before he henshins. That WAS gentaro's real actor doing that back flip right?

I hope no parents is going to complain that Fourze is a bad influence and get the show cancelled or rewritten somehow. I hate how Hibiki ended. Those claws weren't scary at all compared to Kuuga's weekly grongis.

I just thought of something. Will this show have the main character's parents appearing other than Kengo's father who perished in that flashback in the beginning?

Who knows if we'll learn that the red eyes guy is the father of Gentaro or yuuki.... Or both...

who knows, generally the rider is linked to the bad guys... After all, Fourze suit has orange/red eyes ....
