Also, is this the most handsome Rider in history? I mean, most Riders have been attractive men for that female demographic, but they've all been mostly long haired pretty boys. He's still a pretty boy, but just that formal attire and the haircut really gives off a more handsome vibe. I can see him being a clutz/outgoing guy though and not a calm, cool guy.

He's not "handsome" or "pretty" at all. He's outright ugly. I'm not holding that against him (he's playing a Kamen Rider not an underwear model) but he is the least physically attractive Rider lead of at least the last ten year. I seriously don't get where all this "omg he's so cuuuuuute!" is coming from in the fandom

Terui and Gotou were young, I don't think age will be an issue. Given Toei's policy that female leads must always be very young, he will probably be older than his sidekick at least

Tire change? Seriously? God... help me. I don't think I can stand this Rider already. The car was fine and all as long as Mashin Chaser had a bike, but man, this is a bit too... colourful and it doesn't look neat.

I'm willing to bet the Tires will change for a bit of the show until it runs to the point that they get bored of it and spam the final form again.

There's nothing wrong with pretty just as there's nothing wrong with not-pretty. I suspect people favour this guy because they think him more "manly" than other recent Riders, and that annoys me

Apparently some people think Drive is ugly, or not handsome or pretty. I guess I'm blind then. He looks better than Kouta and Haruto, even Gentaro. Also of course he doesnt have an ikeman hairstyle in the show, he actually sells the cop look more than Accel did.

(facial moles send me into a frothing rage. I have an irrational overreaction to them. I have one on my nose and I plaster it with makeup every day in the hope no one notices)

While looks are subjective, he certainly ain't the ikemen type they've been casting over the last few years. I also notice that Rio Uchida, reportedly playing the female lead, is 22 - the oldest they've cast in a long time. (Remember that GoseiPink's actress stated she almost hadn't got the part because she'd been told 22 was too old!) Toei seems to be deliberately going against their usual casting policy for Kamen Rider, I wonder why?

I don't believe Accel was supposed to be realistic at all. He didn't wear a uniform, he got away with an absurd amount of police brutality, he pretty much just did what he wanted and no one batted an eyelid
