Wow Drive has some elements like his predecessors has. Not only he has bug eyes but also has a traditional rider kick and i understand his motif is not only a racer but a police officer since most of us guessed it all along,Also i think this tone will be considered light like Den-O and the second half of Super-1 and Black RX because it can be used for everyone who already watched the darker tone of gaim and this next season will be considered as a relief for those who watched it and probably will go back to two part stand alone episodes like W did or a single stand alone episodes like how the showa series did .
Plus i finally get to see a talking rider belt because i always wanted a talking belt as a companion to a rider and now my dream has finally come true well Kiva's belt and ally Kivat-bat the 3rd is the first belt who is considered the rider's ally.
Also i think now we know why Mashin chaser doesn't consider himself as a kamen rider because he doesn't look like one see here on the left near Drive's ninja form (note his tire thing is purple) :
