I'm interested in how 001 is connected to the case 12 years ago. We saw in 27(or was it 28?) how he could rewrite memories. 001 actually used his power when the police superintendent barged into his room, and 001 rewrote his memory. I'll bet most of the higher ups have that marking behind their right ear.
I think a reason why Open targeted the people from the incident 12 years ago could be because there's a time limit on how long 001's ability works.
I also think it's suspicious/weird how Shin's father could die from just a shoulder wound...
Whatever 001 and Brain has on Gou has to be big in order for him to take orders from Brain like that. I'm thinking his father Banno...(in ep. 0, Brain addresses his tablet as 'Banno', so maybe Banno is in a similar state to Krim?)
Also, that scene between Brain and Heart was hilarious. Brain's otome love(and jealousy) for Heart and Heart's frustration at how Brain and Medic just can't get along.

There's more to it than that (which we'll probably find out next week.) Honganji said the story doesn't add up.
He said, "This is your fault, Banno" while looking at the tablet. That's not quite the same thing. There could be something that Banno put there, etc.
Shota Matsushima appears in this week's "Top Gear" video and talks about portraying Brain's feelings for Heart so, yes, it can't be denied ...

You know, the first half of the episode was actually pretty decent. But they're really forcing this stuff with Shin's dad when it should have been something present from the beginning, the Gou stuff is just way too rushed, and the pacing all around is just all over now. I'm honestly more interested in seeing what Heart is doing at this point.
Though that's not really saying much, Heart's awesome.

It's not as simple as that, since Shinnosuke tried to tell Nira that Brain's a Roimude, but that idiot wouldn't listen. It comes to where he's powerless, due to police procedures. And most of it is because 001 happens to be a high official in the government.
