One, it's not a "rumor," nor is this from 4Kids, this is a "response" from Adness Entertainment.
Two, the response doesn't say with certainty the last two episodes will be or will not be televised. It simply says that there is the "possibility" it will be televised, and suggests it could have been taken off air briefly due to Holiday/New Year scheduling at the broadcasters choice.
(Note that it says: "Kamen Rider Dragon Knight is, as of now, scheduled to
air through December 26, 2009." and not "until December 26, 2009." Meaning it is still "scheduled to air," just when it will air is unknown. Or at least that's my interpretation of it.)
All we know from this is that the show isn't really "cancelled" as the broadcaster, this being the CW, still has the option to air the episodes as Re-Runs, in the future, next year. This doesn't mean petitions or fan-support are no longer needed; it does however mean that the show still can "possibly" resurface and that we shouldn't likely be going around acting as if "the sky is falling". The last two episodes, as have been confirmed multiple times now, will appear on the website in the meantime.
Until we have further evidence, this is all we have to go on. Take it as you will, just don't immediately jump to conclusions (on either extreme) or shoot the messengers here.
