Accel's part
The Dopant this time is called "Commander" and Accel's new form is Accel Booster.
A new item will update the memory which will allow him to transform into Accel Booster.
The form will have a yellowish color.

Eternal's part
Utopia Dopant will appear and two other new characters. Eyes Dopant and someone called Red Flare.
The one transforming into Eternal is actually using an incomplete prototype Memory.
Kazu will transform in Eternal and become this Red Flare, which looks similar to Eternal but red.
Matsuoka and Aya Sugimoto will star in this movie.

855 says that he hasn't heard anything about an OOO part, but he thinks they might switch from V Cinema to theaters.

Hopefully it's true. Matsuoka was cool as a Kamen Rider.

Accel Booster might be the perfect mix of speed and power.

I think maybe like an upgrade that combines both aspects of Accel but it increases his attack power since Dopants later became strong enough to withstand all of his attacks. Maybe this form can fly like the way he can drive as a motorcycle. He could turbo-boost in the air and that would be perfect.
