Just so you know, those pictures are from the 徹底解剖SP which aired 6:30 on TV Asahi. I don't think many western fans watched it since I didn't see anyone talk about it. I can't find a download for it. You get the to see the last second of OOO's transforming scene. If I didn't hear wrong OOO's transforming sound was similar to when they put the Gaia Memory in. You get to hear more of W and Genki Sudo is kind of humping chairs...

I hope in the final Terui dies and passes his memory on to Shotaro so him and Philip can use W ultimate power. Probably won't happen because we would of heard about it by now.

Well I suppose if he goes into a coma that he could die but he probably won't, it would not fit with the tone of the series especially if Philip is to die or go missing. There's no reason in the story for that, Episode 45 wrapped it up that he will continue as Accel and Shotaro and Philip are strong enough to be Double by themselves
