yeah, i might agree with that but they should release the figures with those memories that way you know what the memory color or design looks like on w figures but it would more fun if it was used for the show for a power effect on w.

for kamen rider
rider hero series figures they release very few kaiju figures

kabuto and blade where the last,not counting the movies ex
and some where ver hard to get like scorpioworm

I know it'd hurt Double's individuality, but I'd really like it if the Gaia memories of the other Riders were featured in the show somehow.

Decade turning into perfect copies of the other Riders was kind of cheap. I'd have liked it better if Decade's forms only had some characteristics of the previous Heisei Riders, rather than copying everything but the belt. Double taking over the color scheme of past Heisei Riders (but without changing the suit too much otherwise) would be a nice alternative.
