Yes but we'd have little chances to team them up. If the new all original rider movie is true Decade set it up to make it all easier. Say what you will about decade being dumb, stupid or convoluted but even this series had it's use.

Originally the Rider Series was connected with each other, from the Showa Riders as well as Kuuga & Agito. But Toei got so carried away with their ideas just to keep the franchise fresh that the series wound up scattered all over the place. The new producers finally saw what was going on and put the brakes to it. The first order was to get the series back under the same roof, which they use Decade for. The second is to make sure everything stays together, which is what they are doing with W, OOO, & and future Riders.

While KR might not be able to get it's true meaning back. It now has at least one instead of a hundered.
