As of this writing noone (Not even myself) has voted for the sorcerer Shang Tsung. Wanna know why?

1. This is a toku forum, so based on fan-biased Decade is definitely going to win.
2. This is a toku forum, and toku usually shows evil getting the **** stomped out of them by the forces of good in the end.
3. Shang Tsung may be a powerful soul stealing martial arts sorcerer, but even that power is dwarfed by a mere 2 words: Rider Kick!

There's no clear answer here. Unless Shang Tsung steals a powerful-enough soul beforehand (say, Shao Khan?) then he won't stand a chance. If he does, though, then he could wipe the floor with Decade.
