No, there's no official information about any new movie featuring Decade. There was a rumor posted on 2ch (from the same spoiler provider that has been correct about Double's last arc) that talked about a Heisei Rider reunion project though.

If that happens, it presumably will be considered a "Decade" feature, but the rumor mentioned nothing specifically about Decade.

What am I supposed to see? I have watched a minute of the video and all I'm seeing is a wallpaper of Decade with a bgm I never heard of mixed with the Kuuga and Agito OP. Sorry, my internet is being a bitch right now.
