Why does Decade now have the Final Forms of the Riders as Cards on his Chest and not their Base Form??

In this special, Complete Form is summoning all the main Riders in their final forms. Everytime Decade summons a Rider, the cards on his chest coincide with that Rider.

Well, that's a better shot of the new Decade helmet... Definitely evil. And who's the guy in the picture with Natsumi at the top? Looks almost like Taiga, but I don't think it is.

Those pics are some nice insights into the upcoming movie. It seems that Natsumi's grandpa has returned to his evil ways, even more so that he knows Mr. Sonozaki. Natsumi becoming Kivara was to be expected. I like the distorted look to Evil Decade's visor, and would love to see how he will be defeated.
