It's because technically, they don't have Rider Kicks as finishers.

yea but in Hibiki there are some scenes there that he jumps in the air and do a flying sidekick <-- that for me is somewhat his rider kick. no wait. Oni Kick. wtv XD

oni kick more like it.. wait, did shin have a rider kick?? all i remember is the sub zero like finishing move minus the ice. also den-o's primary form (sword form) didnt have a rider kick, correct me if im wrong

but rod form is still Den O. so he still has a rider kick. which makes rod form my favorite form. they should have used urataros as the lead imagin in Den O

I think that'd be pretty cool too, but wouldn't Koji Yusa (Urataros's voice) be super busy, having to constantly do Den-o AND Bleach (He's also Gin Ichimaru's seiyuu)?
