yknow, ive always wondered, why do bad guys keep advertising their "evil organization" logo in front of the building and how come no police comes in and makes arrests? lol. i mean come on, u see evil minions dressed up as luchadors and bad buys with a pyramid for a helmet and a dracula look alike? :laugh:

it might've been caused reversed psycology thing... because that's will make people thing "nah maybe that's just some lame amusemen park" XD :laugh:

about that shilluete before ...the shiluete n the actual rider might be different ...the shilleute was like just teaser...

- No, it's because they have the proper building permits, the name "Shocker" is a registered non-government organization that pays taxes. And since they DO pay taxes (unlike other criminal organizations), there is no reason for the Japanese Government to arrest any of their members.

Trust me, you have to have a feel for the tragically absurd if you ever want to get into politics. Any Pinoys on this thread will likely agree with me wholeheartedly. :redface2:
