The barcodes are there, just that they whited this one out for some reason. They displayed this card for those Chou-Den-o commercials which actually showed the real barcode because TOEI is known to use the same barcodes (for the cards in the show and different ads).

If you use that card for the Decade belt it just says Gekijoban.

i just made mine using photoshop dude.. therefore the blank stat areas. lol
