Did a check, didn't see a picture of this angle for new Kuuga

It looks like they used the concept art for kuuga's final form that looked more like emperor kiva.

Anyone still have that kuuga concept art picture?

The kuuga concept art. Seems they went with a more beast look with the blades. I had a feeling that when Kuuga was announced he'd be a secondary character he wouldn't just have ultimate form.

There's only one picture of that form with black eyes, almost every other one has red eyes, so it probably will go berserker briefly but then become an ally afterwards.

I suppose they might pull a SSJ4... Onodera for some reason becomes Black Eyes Ultimate Kuuga, but then regains control and evolves to this form.

And the same goes here. These pics just makes me think of the turbidity of the show's incoming episodes after the 9-World-Travel.

Apparently the first image is a prototype illustration for Decade Complete.
The second is a prototype for Diends "possible" complete form (although the second drawing looks super incomplete).

From what i translated elsewhere, supposedly this series will only have two riders. Decade has a supposed reference meaning the beginning of the world while Diend meaning the end of the world. If you place those two together, it means war, regardless if they are from the same world.
Another silly translation insisted that Diend's second form will take control of all gun based secondary riders to war (Delta, Zolda, Riotroppers, etc.) insisting that Kaito is the real threat rather than Narutaki.

So to sum it up they are trying to say those rider war scenes is probably Kaito and tsukasa against each other to the extreme

ANOTHER Kuuga form? Did someone at Toei decide "Hmm, you know, I think he should have twelve forms instead of eleven. And if Den-O gets near it again, then we give him another and another..."

This rate, both Kuuga and Den-O are going to look like Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (The REALLY big one).
