About the Blade and Kiva cards, he took Kiva from Decade. Blade, I suppose he either took it from Decade, OR he has his own copies of the 10 Heisei Rider since the beginning like Decade did already. But Decade just lost his powers to them...

Actually the scene in episode 11 shows him with the Orga belt, switches to show the Delta/Psyga/Riotrooper Gear in the rubble, and then Kaito steps around the corner and disappears. He never picks up the other belts.
I doubt he needs the belts for his powers, and is just picking them up as a Rider Otaku. Like Decade in episode one, I'm pretty sure Diend already has all the cards already.
nope, diend didn't have main riders card initially, he is copied all the kamenride,FFR and FAR cards that decade have while possesing the ride booker in eps 11, that's why kaito return it to tsukasa and tell him that he doesn't need it anymore. that should clear all this confusion.

We cannot totally confirm to that.He didn't say it at all.Tsukasa din confront him when he used Kiva against Ryuga.Judging from Tsukasa's attitude,he will at least confront Kaito.The only reason he took Ridebooker was that he knew he can use it to change for the Faiz belt but before he could say anything,Narutaki took Tsukasa away
