If he was going to return in that episode, they'd have released a picture of him alongside the other returning actors.

I wouldn't be surprised, considering the lack of info about the new Hibiki and lack of pictures showing him in action, if he is quickly killed in the beginning of the 1st Hibiki World episode against that new enemy and then New Asumu becomes the Newer Hibiki in the 2nd episode. :sweat:

No, thats Yoshifumi, who so far i know wasn't in Kuuga, but did some villains in Timeranger, before becoming Gills, he mostly plays the third rider and on one occasion the second Rider (Ibuki).
He mostly plays characters that uses guns or somekind of firearms, like Zolda, Delta, Garren ,Ibuki, Drake, Deneb and as you mentioned Go-on Blue and Shinkenblue.

Makoto Ito has played G3, Knight, Kaixa, Charlice, Hibiki, The Bee, Gattack, Zeronos and V3 in The Next.
