I hope Tendou remains Tendou. He just sooo has to show Tsukasa who is the boss. Anyway Decade is in trouble in ep 12. This is just sooooo the perfect situation to show off Kuuga's powers. Saw pictures on the offical site ~ DiEnd pointing the gun @ Yuusuke while he does the henshin pose. AAW CAN'T WAIIIT.

I hope Souji remains arrogant too. None of the Riders Decade met so far had an attitude comparable to his own, so it'd be a nice change of pace.
Besides, if Tendou's replacement has an entirely different personality, his transformed fighting style would make no sense (using a Rider kick while facing away from the opponent, standing around without any sort of fighting stance, etc).
I suppose they could just ignore those details, like they forgot about Faiz's fighting style, but Faiz was the only replacement Rider shown up to now that was missing his original characteristic movements (like the handshake, that even appeared in the promo from the 2nd episode of the Blade World but was missing in the Faiz World battles), so it probably was just a mistake, rather than any kind of trend.
