I doubt that's fake. Cause if it is, then the 3rd Rider is too. Know why? His design is right under this one. You guys need to look out more...

Besides that, the two riders are probably the same, because Decade also has two forms. (I don't know if DiEnd will have one, but i don't think so, he's overpowered as it is.) And his name may be Crisis , because of the DCD thing.

I was thinking they would both be Movie Riders, or one of them would be DiEnd's upgrade form while the other is a third Rider, or both are new Riders in the series...

It would be badass if this "3rd" rider would be a showa era "version" of Decade.
And as it seems, the two new rider's belts are exact the same.
But it's definetaly not DiEnd's second form. Because i checked ep 10, and there are really a green, a red/pinkish, and a blue avatar before he henshins. So "Crisis/Crysis" (or other C whatever named rider) will be green.
Maybe he is a movie rider maybe he's not. Gotta wait for new scans. :disappoin

Also, last time I checked, there was a rumor of Decade's movie featuring the next Heisei series main Rider appearing...
