Death Shocker, a criminal organisation that has plotted this for nearly a decade, they created a device in hopes to destroy each rider world, but in turn it made them merge, so they make the DecaDriver with the power of all the riders combined to destroy the riders and stop the world merging or Death Shocker is destroyed.


Unfortunately the user of the DecaDriver lost his memories and the belt was lost. Death Shocker now tries to retreive it so they can continue with a new plan...


Notes: Death Shocker uses enemies from all the rider worlds.
