So far many of us are wondering why they're able to able to get back the Hibiki & Den-O cast. It's because they're the easiest.

Not to mention that if Toei got back all the older guys from the last 9 years, the Decade cast will suffer, due to being overshadowed. At least with the recasts they can develop Tsukasa, instead of making him the token anniversary Rider.

OK, so he transforms into Kiva again! ...........where's the hell's faiz? Ep. 1 wasnt enough man. i'll be pissed if I was right about him only henshing into faiz in the den-o and decade movie. T_T

I am sure they still have some left over Kiva toys they hope to sell. Still, Kiva Kiva form had to be the least used main form in all of Heisei. After Emperor's debut we never saw it much, so in the big picture I am glad we get to see it again.

There's only one picture, and Tsukasa also looks ugly there. Anyway, they probably just didn't want another generic "pretty boy" type. New Blade and New Ryuuki follow that style and ended up too similar.
