when Takumi is doubting himself in his fight against the Orpenoch after Mari gets injured, and more importantly when he reveals that he is an Orpenoch himself. Thus the same sort of morals in the AU Faiz arc: regardless of being Orpenoch or Human, Inui Takumi must remember to fight on for those he cares about. The proper episode footage takes place somewhere in the mid-to late area of the series, with AU Faiz, Kaixa vs. Decade, and anomolus clips of Decade throughout this set.
As expected spoilers lie within (as with the majority of these "episodes," really) for the latter episodes for Faiz as it takes place fittingly:

It does retell some aspects of the original AU arc quite well. The AU Faiz arc is kind of like an abridged version of the events shown in the actual series, and in turn this is similar to an abridgement of the events, only using real footage in this case.
On the other hand, a good portion of things are often not given much the same depth or given much context but considering it's only 20 minutes long, and mostly consists of battle scenes and mashup footage, that is kind of understandable.
Also the chronology of some the scenes, in presentation at least, is a little wonky (i.e. cutting to Takumi ready to fight, reconciling with Mari alone, back to him engaging the Orpenoch, etc.) kind of seems more like a general montage or "brushing" over of events than real linear progression, but it isn't too hard to follow along, especially if you have seen Faiz before.
Throwing the Decade-specific Tiger Orpenoch and the combination of Lucky Clover (which of course must live on to be defeated by Faiz later in the series) is a little tacked on and jars with the footage at times and the truncated Decade vs. Diend fight kind of leaves things confused as to where the Faiz belt went until the end. The other characters such as Keitaro and Mari and even Kusaka and Mihara....
who, correct me if I'm wrong, shouldn't have the Delta belt if the Dragon Orpenoch is still alive, (This is where keeping to NEW!footage characters can cause plot holes for OLD!footage)
don't get much focus and when managing Decade and Diend's appearances seem to just barely register, even on the sidelines.
Note:
Having Diend be the reason why the Orga and Psyga belts never appeared in the series, with Smart Brain reporting the "belts" being stolen, was a stroke of genius. Also Decade!Blade Jack form versus Kaixa kind of worked:
A. If AU Blade had Jack form (OU Blade was already at King form in the previous set) obviously Decade could use that, just like he can use Faiz's Accel form regularly.
B. Same or similiar stadium for most of the establishing shots.
C. It looks really cool together.
The use of the Faiz EDs helps make everything seem more authentic, and the editing at points in the last battle scene work very well, in comparing Decade and Faiz. Shame, it still ends up being quite abruptly cutoff to Agito's world without any real resolution than ["Here! This belongs to you! Catch!" End Scene].
Agito should be interesting; will Gills get more focus or will we get a more deviating plot? What about Diend using G3-X and how will Yuusuke's role in the suit be explained? And will G4 ever make his debut? I look forward to seeing what's done with it.
