Why Ixa in the tournament if the only the main rider allow to participate?

-Shoichi seems to know about Decade's journey. He must be one of the members of Wataru's group, even though the transition from friendly here to ominous enemy so quickly is odd.

Well I have a bit of a theory that this takes place before the series itself, but that's a rather huge stretch.

I see Wataru & the others as the guardians of the multi-verse. They'll only get involved when it's necessary. Like when Dai-Shocker threatened the worlds as well as Tsukasa not doing his mission. While they're sympathetic, they see what's more important.

-Kabuto and Black RX basically beat Garagaramda by themselves. He was already finished when #1 and #2 used their Rider Kicks. Great scene for Kabuto and RX, including their group pose afterwards.

Their attack wasn't enough to kill Garagaranda, hence the Rider Double Kick. It was a team effort.

Well Movie War 2010 will finally explain everything, especially what Decade really is.

Movie War explains why he has to kill them. I wish that I can tell you more, but that will be spoiling it.

this is just a random guess...but

Wataru appeared in the begining of the series...he knew something...and Narutaki calls him destroyer...but he can't be one. and he was probably created for a reason...if he was created...he does not have a story...or background of his own. he had a plot...not story. did wataru needed Decade to play the role as the villain, hero, savior and destroyer?

just my 2 cents of course.
