Kamen Rider Blade

Blade is a Good series here's how I rank them.

1.Agito(This one got me in two episodes so I'm impressed)

2.Den-O(What can I say I like Ryo)

3.Hibiki and Blade(I like them about the same for Different Reasons)

4.Kabuto(If Tendou was less of an ass this would have been higher)

5.Ryuki(Good series but didn't really capture me like the other series)
Still Blade had one of the best endings in the movie and Series.

I can't say Tendou was a ass he was a douchebag but that is the same difference. God I hate people who think they are the best. Well I just don't like the ones with cars and stuff and I didn't put den-o because its not over.

Tendou was an ass sometimes but there was usually a point to it. Mostly to teach kagami a lesson about something or because he would worsen a situation if he explained himself too soon (like with those necklaces). I found I couldnt hate tendou for his actions as he was usually acting for the greater good in the end. Awesome character!

Tendou problem was everything came too easy to him. I mean he never really strugles dose he. I mean they give a challenge of not using Hyper Clock up and sudenly he gets perfect Zecter. That threw me off big time. I will say this I just wished he get his ass kicked just once. He can be a good character if they just let him strugle.

if not for the other guy gatech how ever you spell his name... kabuto would have indeed been extremly boring with tendos "I'm perferct [well he was] tude"

kabuto had such a amazing cast though all around! Its hard to hate it just cause of one lone guy Oh & I Loved tendo btw he was great

Are you kidding I loved the cast. They were awsome all of them especially Kagami I mean look at my avatar and Tsurgi too and lets not forget Misaki. She was awsome. But still lets get back too Blade.

As for Kamen Rider Blade, it's nice to see people taking about it and liking it. Blade seems to be the New Gen Rider you don't see people talking much about, which is a shame. Out of the majority of the New Gen shows, it actually has the most consistent writing (for good or bad) and a rewarding storyline. It sticks to being a halfway decent superhero show and excels because of it, unlike other New Gen shows which focus too much on poorly done soap opera drama such as Faiz and (the undeserving) Agito. And considering the design theme revolved around a standard deck of playing cards, things turned out pretty well.

I think the only disappointment I had was that

[HIDE]Mutsuki wasn't freed from the category ace until so late into the series. I really liked his character once he was normal again. He was a pacifist, but he had good reason for it. He walked in the dark for so long that he only sought peace, both within himself and in the world around him. At the same time however, he knew he would still have to fight.

I guess I just wished that they could have done more with that, but so late in the series they were stuck with wrapping up the Joker/Hajime stuff.[/HIDE]

Yes I agree with you on that one I liked [hide]the relation ship he had though with the tigerlady (man she was hot, even in that undead outfit heh) I still remember that line she said to him

" you must live, both in the darkness & the light" eh... something like that anyways! :buttrock:

ive seen he series of blade 3 times,blade was a rider i rily liked coz of the rider system and in depth story lines,why do u guys think the cards suck?its like rily cool to see them combine and stuff. its great too how blade became king form. p/s my first post lol

Just watched the movie and the Hyper Battle too now. How cool is this series! I was not really sure about the card motiff but I really love this series. Im always impressed when the motiff is not my cup of tea but cant help but love the cast and story. Shows good writing in my opinion.

I have to ask though, was there any reason for the two completely different opening songs? Ive never seen a Kamen Rider series that does that before.

[hide]I nearly cried at the end of the series. I guess it was just sad to see Kenzaki be so self less like that and make a huge sacrifice for Hajame.

Thats what made me love the movie so much as it answers the question 'what would have happened if kenzaki sealed Hajame'. I liked the complete role reversal where Hajame makes a huge sacrifice for kenzaki instead.

Didnt like the new riders much and their costumes were a little boring too. However I liked how the used Tachibana as a red herring for the Albino Joker. They nearly had me going there but I was glad when it turned out to be Glaive[/hide]

[hide] Yes, it was sad the way they ended it & I liked the movie way soooo much better where Hajime gets sealed & Kenzaki gets to be human & stuff. The new riders did pretty much suck & they were no match for the originals. [/hide]
