Did you missed episode 5 or what? He was talking in Undead language and also bleed green. .-. How is it poor? It'd always been known that Hajime was an undead in the first place. Hajime deserves the right to be called a Kamen Rider if anyone. Sure, he started off with lots of angst, but as the story progress, Hajime started to become more humane, and he already planned to get himself sealed by Kenzaki in order to save the world at the end of the series. In the movie Missing Ace, I think he deserves the right to be called a Rider even more. He'd sacrificed his happiness twice if you treat Missing Ace as the real ending. As we all had seen, he could had easily went back to his life if Kenzaki became a Joker. But he decided not to and sacrifice himself, get sealed and let everyone have a happy life, beside Amane. But that's another thing. Now, a Kamen Rider fights on, even alone, even if in pain, he'll defend justice with his life and often his powers comes from the same source that is trying to bring evil upon the world. So, Hajime's one Rider, along with Kenzaki that I'll put in my Rider Hall of Fames.Chalice Aikawa is an undead. :O_O: Man! I thought he was a human in the first place until the time came when he revealed that he was the Black Joker himself. Man! Like come on, look... This is one of those poor executions and stuffs that riddled me about how did one point came this and that. Like, they could've let the show go with Hajime Aikawa as a different character for he IS a Kamen Rider after all and should not be a danger to society by human and kaijin measures.
Inorite? I don't even remember the peacock undead's name right now x.xEDIT: And speaking about subs, SCREW HK SUBS
Now one of the biggest shocks in my viewing is this. Chalice Aikawa is an undead.
I think the idea behind Kenzaki for most of the first half is that they took the "goody-goody heroes aren't interesting" approach, but subverted it by also building towards the later, darker storyline of Kenzaki.
He starts out as just the nice guy who lost his parents and signed on to do some good. In the first half he's like the beacon of sanity in a world gone mad. The only people he can trust can't do much more than set him off in the right direction. His workplace is trashed, his boss is missing. Tachibana's jumping around from being shifty, mind-controlled or seriously contemplating a career change. There's that whole "Hulking out" thing they worry about early on, which seems like it's the result of someone thinking that people dying from turning into Kaixa was the coolest idea Rider's ever had, ever.
Hajime's pretty hard to read too. Amane gives him grounding so he's not quite a "villain", but early on I was sure he'd not survive the end of the show. Which is maybe why Missing Ace feels like the ending to the show at the time it was made (pre-30-something-ish), rather than when it's meant to be set. For the first half, Hajime's a sympathetic anti-hero, but I could see him being the one who makes the sacrifice in the end to save the show's namesake. That's just how I thought at the time though. Agito wouldn't have ended with Shouchi taking the headbutt so Kino could open up a private clinic.
While by the end, Hajime becomes the only one Kenzaki can really rely on should things get that bad, and vice-versa. They're practically brothers. The final battle is a no-win situation. If Kenzaki seals him, Hajime's gone and we get a nightmarish world of a Missing Ace Riders and Orphenoch cameos up the wazoo (though the ultimate ending is a happy enough one.) If Kenzaki throws it, well, we see what happened. And while I love both endings, I gotta say that as Kenzaki fan, that TV one hurts. It's arguably triumphant for Kenzaki though, in a twisted way. He loses out, but he saved someone else, and that's really all he ever wants.
I like to cite that big rumble in episode #7/8 where we get our first glimpse that Kenzaki's got more under his skin than we're originally meant to think. But for a lot of the first half, yeah, he's mostly Mr. Hero since everybody else around him is constantly going back and forth on the good/bad scale. It reminds me of Ryuki, in a way. At first glance, Shinji is probably the least-interesting of the Riders. He doesn't have a comatose girlfriend, isn't dying, isn't out for revenge or has some loopy grand scheme.
To the others, he's a naive fool who just doesn't get how the real world is (which they really stress in the TV Special with Verde and his dog-eat-dog philosophy.) But in truth he's more badass than anybody, because as idealistic as his goals are, he's also the one who's ultimately right, and most of the time, he sticks to his guns. I like some of the others more on a design/powers basis, but Ryuki's easily my favorite character-wise from the show.
I do agree that in the end, Blade's as much about Hajime as Kenzaki, if not more. Again like in Ryuki, where it really starts to focus on the importance of Yui. Shinji and Ren are the main men, but everything hinges on Yui. In Blade, it's Hajime that's on everybody's minds, especially later on. Like I said, the final battle is a no-win situation for the characters, and presumably the audience. By that point, we're invested in both of these guys' fates, and as cool as it is to see them kicking each other's asses across the woods, we don't want either one to lose, because they both deserve happiness.
But it's still very much about Kenzaki. It's about his fall, actually. The series takes the most heroic and dependable of the four Riders and puts him through the gauntlet, drags him down, ultimately "killing" him a way, though you can also read it as his ultimate victory. He saves Hajime at the price of his own humanity, spitting in the face of fate and giving life to someone who deserves it. But he's Kenzaki, so he would do that, wouldn't he?
Rewatching Blade's first episodes right now, Kenzaki initially wasn't nearly as heroic as I remembered. He was clearly a good guy, but hesitated and whined frequently. While some of that is understandable, he's hanging around a girl in the same situation that (initially) doesn't complain nearly as much.
About those "captured Kenzaki" episodes... I'm always annoyed when Riders refuse to use their powers against armed humans. There's no way Kenzaki should have been captured back then.
As much as I'd love to see a Garren King Form & Leangle Jack Form and King Form, I think they did that to show the level of power among the 4 Riders. Let me explain better;
[ ( Blade = Chalice ) > Garren > Leangle ] when it comes to forms, and I think this just means that Blade and Chalice has evolved so much since Kenzaki is naturally tuned to the Undeads and Chalice has been an Undead for quite a while now. Garren is lesser than them both since he's just a regular human being if you analyze it well, but his experience has led him to get 1 upgrade (Jack Form), and ultimately defeat the King of Diamonds Undead, which is already a great feat for somebody who's not naturally tuned to the Undead nor an Undead himself. Leangle on the far end just shows that he is the most inexperienced one, which is why he didn't get any forms at all, though he did seal all of his Category King, Queen, and Jack.
Another explanation to why Leangle didn't get any upgrades is that among all of them, his category King, Queen, and Jack are not the types who go out and wreak havoc unlike their other Undead brethren. His Jack is a lazy Elephant who prefers not to fight unless it is really needed, his Queen is a honorable Tiger who just fights for the Undead and not against them, and his King is as we all know, is the pacifist Tarantula Shima-san.
Another explanation to why he didn't get an upgrade is because he didn't receive any Rouze Absorber which I think should have been at least featured in the Hyper Battle DVD.
And the most radical explanation as to why Leangle didn't get any upgrades, is because his Category Ace is the strongest among all of them, and he simply didn't need any upgrades to keep in pace with Blade, Chalice, and Garren. Well, we all know Tachibana-san / Garren almost died in the last fight because of the strength of the Category King of Diamonds and that Tachibana-san is the most normal of them all, which is why they didn't have the time to show his King Form, since it would already be overkill for the series.
But regardless, we did get awesome SIC Hero Saga / Customs because of it, so I'm somehow glad they left it to our imagination to think what if Garren and Leangle did receive their respective upgrades, right?

well it did happens during final act of the episode went really thrilling all the excitement Kenzaki vs Aikawa for settling their score in the last battle particularly but our protagonist Kenzaki Kazuma didn't like to intend sealing Aikawa and make things worse at he moment. but at least Kenzaki's kindness was most of his strengths in order to make Aikawa live as a normal being but Kenzaki became the missing person like disappear in nowhere to be seen. unlike Ryuki's ending everyone will die either to Ren as well. but cause the effect this reason repeat and making their memories being erase.
Mutsuki Kamijoh uh the ordinary got involved and kidnapped by gaining the power of Leangle as the strongest Rider ever but, he may whiny and pessimist type. can't blame him. Tachibana is alright with me later episode were made him improve to a better person after his girlfriend died by cold-hearted Isaka but he gain his senses to fight back and revenge his girlfriend at Isaka or one of the Undead which to be expected. however, Aikawa Hajime is best character ever seen, just gotta love when he became totally angry of his facial expression.
oh my gosh! i feel laugh again the hilariousness! XD
Well, I have all of the infos I gathered regarding about their forms and stuffs however, I still feel that Mr. Leangle could get an upgrade once in a while LIVE but yeah... you're right.
As for those pics, I wished that they made it to the TV like man! They are epic.
