History: Daisuke was born to a British man and a Japanize woman who worked at B.O.A.R.D. When Daisuke was old enough he was offered a job at B.O.A.R.D as one of their many field agents. Later on he was promoted to the rank of top agent and give some high clearance into B.O.A.R.D's more secretive plans like the Undead, he was told to keep it a secret since it was just a study for the time being until the accident happened. When the Undead were unsealed Daisuke was asked if he could test the new weapon against them the Blade System but when he tried he was rejected by the Catagory Ace. After finding out that a man named Lucas was chosen after him he decided to watch him and Garren in the field and gather information that the computers could not.

He hopes that one day he could be given another shot at being a Kamen Rider since he wanted to help protect the human race from the Undead. Later on he starts to hear rumors of something called the Neo project and thinks this to could be his chance to shine. Thanks to knowing English Daisuke helps Lucas out when it comes to getting around Japan and B.O.A.R.D. since Lucas is not well versed in Japanize. He also has much respect for Akane Yoshitomi aka Kamen Rider Garren since she was also chosen to be a rider.

Bio: Shima is a quiet young man, working to support himself in a small diner outside the city. Not much is know about his past, even to himself. The first memory he has is waking up alone in a forest. Shima doesn't say much, prefering to listen, and his coworkers see him as an aloof enigma. While walking to his apartment in the city after his shift, Shima found himself under attack by a strange creature. Attempting to fight it off, was shocked when a belt materilized around his waist and a card appeared in his right hand. Suddenly felt a strange presence and before he knew what was happening he'd slid the card through the slot on the belt. The creature, the Locust undead, was shocked by the sight before it. Shima was gone and the one known as Chalice had appeared in his place.

The two fought, but inexperienced Shima led to a draw and the Locust fled. Finally looking down at himself Shima was in shock. Pulling at the belt he attempted to go back to his human form, but to no avail. Sliding the first card, which had an A on it, didn't work. To his utter confusion Shima found a different card, which had a 2 on it, had appeared in his hand. Not knowing what else to do he slid the second card through the belt and was amazed when he returned to normal, though unsure of what this "Spirit" was that he'd heard in his mind.

Tired, scared and confused Shima headed home and went to bed. In what seemed to be a dream, a strange figure stood cloaked in darkness and continued to call him "Joker". Having heard of the strange creatures that attacked people, Shima was determined to stop them and figure out his past and the dream. Shima is distrusting of other riders, unsure if they speak the truth or merely seek to slip past his guard and destroy him. He doesn't know why but Shima discovered that he can pick up language very easily.

(OOC: Shima is obviously the 53rd Undead, the Joker. The 'presence' is the Jokers power/mind that will appear occasionally to 'assist' in a fight.)

History: As a boy Kenta was very Lonely, and was always left out of everything. This caused Kenta to develop a loner personality, and he always believed that even though he had family or friends they were feeling pity on him to make him feel better in life. During junior high Kenta had barely any social life, and so he joined a club that he thought he could do well with. Kenta wasn't weak, and he had a sharp eye, and so he joined the archery club. Even though Kenta enjoyed archery he always enjoyed technology. Kenta was known for being able to disassemble computers, televisions, and sometimes even cars, and was able to put them back into one piece. Kenta kept to archery throughout high school, but he loved technology more, so after graduating high school Kenta went to college, and graduated at the top of his class in mechanics, and technology.

After graduating he was seek out by a organization known as B.O.A.R.D., because as of what he was told they needed help creating a new project. Kenta accepted, because of the money that was offered, but after getting involved he felt uncomfortable creating something for a organization that wouldn't even tell them what it was going to be used for. After three months Kenta, and his crew of top mechanics developed the device they wanted which they assigned the name Project Neo. The name was given, because they had developed three belts in the past, but now they needed more to assist the three previously built riders. After they had been duplicated certain members of B.O.A.R.D. were asked to use one of the Neo riders. Kenta had been a great archer, and won many tournaments for his school, but he really hoped they wouldn't find out about his past. Though even if he hoped they wouldn't find out about his past B.O.A.R.D. had many ways of obtaining information, and so they did.

While working in his lab at B.O.A.R.D. he received a message that said," Kenta Hiraku please come to the training bay." Kenta got up from his work, and walked into the training bay with barely any lights on, and no one around. Kenta feared for the worse, but then the lights came on, and on the balcony to the right of him there were heads of the Neo Project. Kenta looked, and said," I don't get why I am here?" The head of the Project said," You are here, because you've been selected to be Kamen rider Larc." Keita was happy he would be able to use his creation, but in another way afraid of what could happen if the belt failed on him. In front of him the Larc belt arose from the ground in a small box. Opening the box Kenta took the Larc belt, and took the change Kereberos card out. Inserting it into the Larc belt Kenta then placed it around his waist, and cards then wrapped around his waist to form a belt. Kenta scratched the back of his head, and said," Henshin." Kenta then slid the right side of the belt to, and the belt said," Open Up." A portal opened in front of him, and Kenta took a deep breath as he ran towards it. Running into the portal Kenta changed into Larc, and he felt great.

After going through some training simulations he was given the Larc belt, and was now in possession of the title of Kamen rider Larc.

History: One of Leiko's few friends at school, Ami is a ditzy, but caring young woman that also works at Konomi Cafe with Leiko. She was also the one who helped pull the strings that allowed Leiko to get her job, as she was underage. She would rather have her friend work somewhere else, but she enjoys Leiko's company, in spite of the black-haired girl's pessimistic attitude. Ami doesn't know about Leiko's parents being dead and believes that they are on some extended vacation. She is also oblivious to Leiko's battle against the Undead and thinks that Leiko's injuries are from her getting into fights at school or other reasons that her friend comes up with. Whether Leiko will tell her the truth or if she finds out for herself is an answer only time can tell.

History: While his human appearance makes him appear younger than the rest of them, but in truth he is the oldest and quite possibly their leader. Though some suggest he may simply be an envoy for another group...........

History: A very ill temper, and over exciting Undead the Capricorn is. The Capricorn is very comedic, and loves to wear the newest fashions. Even though a guy he is very feminine.
