Just figured out the discs got mixed up so I've watched ep 4 and 5 not 1 and 2 lol.

Ep 5 was the one with the girl and the cocaine dust right?. Where Hayakawa does that awesome pool shot where the 2 red balls ontop of the beer bottles fly back and hit the 2 guys behind him?.

All the discs sent to me were not labelled and are all out of order so I have to go through each disc for **** sakes. Now, does anyone have the japanese titles for each episode so I can compare the spelling to the announcers voice when he says the episode title.

The problem is Starvic didn't send me the real volume 1 of Zubat (eps 1-3) so I had to start at 4 and go on from there which pisses me off extremely.

Anyway, the series is pretty awesome so far. Hayakawa, Ken is probally one of the coolest Toku characters I've ever seen, everything he does is just too awesome and puts a smile on my face. I get a good chukle each time he outdoes a villian in their own speciality (ie, pool, playing the trumpet, etc..)

If anyone knows where I can download episodes 1-3, and 12 ASAP?.

I think this is the final time I'm going to buy from starvic, She's fucked me once before with **** like this.

In episode 21 what was up with Hayakawa's Mom and Sister? Did they denounce him or something?.

Finished up the series except the first 3 eps and ep #12 which my dealer forgot to send me. But luckily thanks to Shougo I am able to watch them.

The finale episodes were great. So the Leader (L) wasn't Asuka's killer at all instead it was a complete turn around and ended up being Ken's Cop buddy's friend... which totally kicked my ass in the end.

This series in one word is COOL. 10/10. A+

His mom was just happy with the life she had at the moment, with her daughter and being remarried. I guess she thought Hayakawa would bring trouble.

I always thought that sucked, really. Bringing in a character that's never been seen or mentioned is one of the biggest cheats in the book. It's obvious, but I liked the episode where it looked like Toujou (Ken's cop buddy) was the killer. I think even the kid, Osamu, would have made a better culprit!

I say Hayakawa Ken/Zubat is officially one of my favourite Toku Heroes of all time.

I definitely think it's Miyauchi's best character. I really like the show, it's probably my favorite of the '70s tokus; it's fun and different. I'm glad you liked it. :thumbs:

Definatley his best character. I loved the scene in ep 1 when he's singing that song and crying, so dramatic and epic, i loved it.
