What exactly did it do that was new? The bad guys from cyberspace? Megaranger did it. The dead parents? Fiveman did it. The talking animal partners? Abaranger and Go-Onger did it. No, the only thing Go-Busters brought to the table was new material that the suits were made out of. Aside from that, it is one of the most uninspired Super Sentai out there. It cobbled together all of these older ideas in a combination of ideas never seen before, but they didn't equal a cohesive whole.

First off, the miniatures were brand new and the way they filmed the mecha battles was different. Also, the suits were a new type of material and the show didn't rely on a gimmick. Plus, it brought back having actual actor villains like Geki as opposed to everything after.

With the exception of your last point which even you admit wasn't new, it just hadn't been done in 3 years (you forgot Kegalesia in Go-Onger), those are all superficial. The miniatures and mecha battles were easily the best parts of the show, but the storyline and characters totally lacked in originality and engagement. Besides, the show totally relied on a gimmick (cyberspace + animal partners). It just used its gimmick poorly.

I didn't say it was all new, I just said it tried to do some new things, especially compared to the jokes we have been burdened with these last three years. I hope to the gods Zyuohger tries something new.

I could argue with that same logic that all three of those shows have done something new then. Kyoryuger was the first Sentai with more than 10 Rangers and was far more reliant on stunt work, ToQger had the first mecha where all of the parts joined together vertically and where the Rangers could swap colors, and Ninninger is the first non-anniversary Sentai to bring back past Rangers in-character.
