I have to admit, this was by far Casey's best focus episode. Jason did a great job expressing the TRUE Casey we should have seen all season long.

I have to agree on that one. Casey, as a character, really shined in this episode. But while Rin Zin power is nice, I still feel a lack of effort for any of this set up. For example, why does Scorch want a phantom beast king out of Dai Shi so badly? I mean, Dai Shi hasnt proven himself a better leader and in the past, Dai shi was at odds with the phantom beast generals.

It feels too random that suddenly they are willing to put up with Dai Shi's bull **** criticisms. And Dai Shi does talk a lot of **** that he cant back up. It just doesnt really add up at this point.

And of course, there's the whole nonsense of "well if you're so bad ass, why arent you laying waste to the city".

I don't generally like this type of writing when it concerns the villains.

I'm gonna guess nobody is happy with the episode, they are crying like little bitches about it... the usual. It's nothing new.

Most of their anger really comes from being virgins.

Meh. Nothing really special about this episode.

I have to agree to some of the people at rangerboard. It was out of character for Casey to be a teacher. How long was he in the academy? A week right? Not to mention that most of his training came from outside the academy.

The thing with RJ's chair was funny.

I wish one of the Phantom Beasts got destroyed in this ep. We only have five left and only two out of eight have been dealt with.
