how about this for a basic story:
A wizard tries to take over the world by stealing the music, for without music there is no life. It's up to a group of friends to with different musical talents to free the music trapped inside giant beast and stop the wizard

What about this....
- 20,000 years ago, the Hikari race fought against the Violent Demon Tribes (makamou) and sealed them away.
- now due to modern day pollution, the power of Hikari magic has weakened, allowing the seal to be undone and the Tribes to go free
- with Dr. McCarter, Kered (the last of the Hikari race), summoned five high school seniors who were showered with the "flames of spirit" of the fallen Hikari race in a forest as children, now allowing them to hear Kered's summons
- donning powered suits, the product of a collaboration between Kered's magic and Dr. McCarter science, the five become the New Masked Rider Generation to fight the Tribes
