How do you feel about Power Ranger's cancellation?

I've stated this at Rangerboard, as well as this board, but I thought I'd post my thoughts here again. Mind you, I've made some small edits to it. So here I go.

If PRRPM in general turns out to be an impressive season, then the whole PR series in general would be going out in a good way. It most likely will, especially with someone like Judd Lynn picking up where Eddie Guzelian left off. Just give a potentially great season a great finale, and the PR series in general will go out a winner. After all, it's said that that's the best way to go out. It even helps that PRRPM is one of the stand-alone seasons, since you know there's no way they'd end it with a cliffhanger, or have the last episode aired be something non-climatic that's not even intended to BE the final episode. I'd feel really cheated if it did. With how long the PR series has been going, it deserves a good ending. So I take comfort in the possibility that it'll most likely get one. The whole series could have ended with "Countdown to Destruction" and it would have been all good. Just make some minor adjustments to what we got as the final product, and it would have been an excellent conclusion.

I'm sure I'll be sticking around for PRRPM until the end. So if I do, I can also be proud to be able to say that I've stuck with the entire PR series from the very beginning until the very end.

...Yet, it ended weeks ago...

...What ended weeks ago?

I predict that, after it's cancellation, it's finally gonna be cool to say power rangers were badass (just like the ninja turtles.), someones gonna make an image comic on them, and there is gonna be a new movie about them by a hack director and people will start to bitch about how much it suck :)

Except we already got a movie for them by a hack director

I'll restate what I said in another thread. Provided this is the final season, I was feeling kinda indifferent about it's end, since although I loved Power Rangers when I was younger, it hasn't done anything for me in a long time. Then I saw the RPM trailer and became a little disappointed because it looks like this season actually has a lot of potential. For the first time in what's probably been 10 years, we finally get a PR season that could wind up being pretty good, but it's the final one. If it does turn out bad then nothing of value will have truly been lost, but if it really is good, then it'll be the ending that Power Rangers really deserves.

Either way, I'm pretty satisfied.

I heard RPM was the ****. If it does keep being the ****, PR will go out with a bang most definitely. As for me, I still need to watch it.

Anyway, PR was an enjoyable series to watch. I was already a Toku fan prior to viewing MMPR(I already saw Bioman and Maskman). Anything of that fashion seem to wonder me at a young age. I turned into a MMPR junkie. Watching its reruns(and also reruns of other series)and of course keeping up with whatever current PR series was airing at the time. I soon collected the merchandise. I was really mesmerized. PR had me in its grasp and it wasn't gonna let it go...Or so I thought. Around PRMF, I suddenly lost interest as I kept up with Sentai and Kamen Rider and that just made me turn back on PR even more. MF just lost me. I stopped watching PR at daily basis right there.

Though I would keep up with the series every now(I still do), I'd reminiscent about my favorite PR seasons(MMPR-PRSPD). It was fun. Watching the reruns on the now gone, Jetix. So yeah, PR will forever be missed to me. It was a fun ride.
