RK had followed Will, but had become sidetracked. He walked slowly through the hallways, memories flooding his mind.
"It's too much like it..."
RK walked along the corridors and saw students bustling by. He chuckled every time he saw one that reminded him of someone he knew. A sudden voice caught his attention.
'Ahh, Leon-kun,don't act like that..."
RK instantly looked a saw a young girl pleading with a another young girl. The second girl looked angry.
"No way Reiny, that idiot has stolen my clothes for the last time."
Rk stared dumbfounded.
"No way...there just like...back home...heh, I guess I should have expected that."
An old man appeared behind RK.
"Expected what?"
RK looked over, and smirked.
"That there are people in this world, just like some people I know back in my world."
RK sighed.
"Or rather, people I knew..."
The old man smiled.
"Oh my, so you say you come from another world. How mysterious."
RK looked at Asumu.
"Your...the person who was with Shanti, so I don't doubt you already know about us, right?"
Asumu grinned.
"Why, whatever do you mean traveler. You speak of different worlds, so how is an old man such as myslef supposed to keep up. Or even trust you."
Even though his words were dfferent, his voice was cheery and playful. RK knew he was just having fun.
"Well, I suppose you don't."
Asumu slowly walked past him.
"Then how should I find out."
RK shrugged and follwoed him.
"Your the teacher, right?"
Asumu chuckled soflty.
"Is it that obvious?"
RK laughed a little.
"Old guy walking around a school, either your a teacher...or a janitor. And I don't see a mop."
Asumu continued walking slowly.
"Well then, as a teacher...my job is to teach. So I suppose if I wanted to trust you, I should have you become a pupil of mine."
The old man continued into a large room.
"The bond between teacher and pupil is a sacred one. One that is easily broken."
Rk stopped when he entered.
"Buy not easily formed."
Asumu made his way toward the center.
"True. So I shall test you."
RK crossed his arms.
"Me?"
Asumu grinned as he neared the back of the room. He made his way through a door and soon appeared again, On a balcony over looking the whole room. He clapped his hnds and a woman wearing a suit and holding a clipboard appeared. He whispered to her and she quickly left. Soon, she appeared again with all of the HJU riders in tow. Even some of them who had been wandering around outside. Akira was also with them, as well as Zanki and another boy with him. Zanki walked over to underneath Asumu. Asumu opened his mouth and spoke. But his cheerful voice was gone replaced by a voice with command, strength and wisdom.
"Riders from another world. I am sorry. But I can not find a reason to trust you as you are know. Welcoming you might be harmless, or it might cause utter destruction to our home. So I ask of you this, join us. Beome a student here so that I, and all of us who call this place home, may welcome you as brothers."
Asumu turned and slowly made his way back to where the oher riders where. The lady in the suit walked next to him.
"Yes, miss Miki, please ecort these fine people to their new dormitries. And inform them of the rules. Oh yes, I forgot, I require that you all pass the upcoming sememster finals. After all, you are students here."
Asumu chuckled and started to leave, but RK walked up to him.
"Hey old man, what maked you think we'll be students?"
Asumu glanced at him.
"What makes you think you won't be?"
Asumu gave a hearty laugh and left the area, leaving the woman in the suit hurrying about and gathering everyone to lead them to their dorms. RK shook his head.
"Well, at least it's not a government orginization."
RK saw Shanti and walked over to her. When he got to her he smiled.
"Hi there."
Wthout another word he hugged her.
"Don't do something like that again, okay. How am I supposed to protect you if you leave me behind."
