Yep, and so is Red Crescent. I mean, is there really a way to keep track of the money you're donating? None right? So at least you see that among all of the humanitarian organizations in the world, both Red Cross and Red Crescent are always doing their job.

And just to add...when you donate to places like these you don't get a specific e-mail saying "Your donation of X was used to build a school" or whatever. It's just a general disaster relief fund where the money is allocated as needed to pay for supplies, transportation and stuff like that.

Yup, its better than putting the money into a donation account operated by someone who may try to take advantage of the situation and put it to their own "disaster relief" fund ... if you get what i mean :sweat:

posting links here to offical sites as well could help just an idea. You could also print out lists of said sites & give them to people you think would want to donate

United Nations is in their name. :sweat: They are international.


GekiBlack, Unicef isn't just giving children stuff. They help the children by also helping their families.

Japan is not really a developing country though but if they come in and help out in the donation drive to help the children, that would be great news really
