I'm gonna say the 34 sentai because their powers still exist today in the form of ranger keys where as zordons wave kinda just disappeared

I think i'll go with the 34 sentai too because Zordons energy wave didn't even really destroy all the evil, and the 34 sentai wave actually did what it was supposed and the powers are inside of the ranger keys.

I'd say this is correct.
But If i can say something in favor of Zordon. The Wave he released instantaneously reformed a good chunk of the villains on top of destroying the rest.

Zordon: wiped out all of the Evil in the universe from the Zordon-era at the cost of his life.
Episode one: 34 SS wiped out one Zangyack fleet in one kamekazi attack, at the cost of their Sentai powers and equipment, but were scattered in space and recovered by Aka Red and changed in the form of the Rangers Keys so that he would present to Capt. Marvelous to ensure that Marvelous would assemble the Goukaigers in his honor. (More info in the upcoming 34th SS Anniversary film.)

So let me understand this.....
Doc has no courage and is affraid to jump the cliff YET the episode before he was doing circus stunts while fighting the goons?.
The only explanation I can think of is that he was affraid of the jump because he was not transformed which is what Kai told them not to do before putting them through his magic tricks.
