Go-onger: Kiddie sentai?

My advice is, wait till Feb 17 2008, watch the first episode then you decide whether or not its a kiddie sentai

Right. I remember last year the few people who were going to boycott Gekiranger just because they didn't have belts.

As long as it doesn't get too Carrangery...

I could only hope for another sentai to be as good as Carranger. Carranger was actually funny and fun.

Go-onger looks great, I really don't see the hate for it. I have a good feeling about it. Nothing really "kiddie" at all about it from the looks of it. More like it looks extremely similar to retro sentai.

If Gekiranger taught me anything, its to not jump the gun with your judgement till the show airs. I was one of the ones that hated the suits cuz it had no built, and the helmets looked weird. But, now Gekiranger may be one of my favorite shows in Sentai that I have seen so far. Cant just a book by its cover. Sure, it looks kiddie now. But, when the show airs, we may all be thinkings its freakin awesome and love how retro it looks. Still not sure about the Mech though, that may be more hard to get used to than anything else.

and the fact the 3 members were cat themed. I remember that. Every year fans always bitch about something. I think Boukenger was the only series that nobody really bitched about... until the show actually started. :laugh:

It's the DX Enjinoh pic that makes it look kiddie. But like I said, I'm sure everyone will sing a different tune when live pics of Enjinoh are released. I'm just happy I don't collect DX Mecha anymore haha.

Forever Knight, it's a miracle. We actually AGREE on something! Yes, I think it's the toy that gives the show a kiddie feel. The costumes don't, though. I think they're very classy in a Liveman/Jetman vein.
