Gingaman is definitely underrated Sentai series!

You haven't liked any other EDs? There are plenty of songs better than Kaku's ED.

Sentai: Goranger's 1st ED, JAKQ, Denjiman, Bioman, Changeman, Maskman, Jetman, Dairanger, Megaranger's 1st ED, Timeranger, Gekiranger (Instrumental version, the lyrics to Tao are overly cheesy)

KR: 'Lonely Kamen Rider', 'Dash Hurricane' (V3), Amazon, Black, RX, Kuuga

Metal Hero: Gavan, Juspion, Spielban's 1'st ED, Metalder

Then there are Garo's EDs, and maybe some more that I forgot.

About the suits, I like them a lot. Always have. I don't buy into that charlie brown bullshit because unless you look at them hard enough or for a really long time then yea your mind will play tricks on you and say "It's Carlies Brownies!" But when I see them, I don't think of charlie brown. Even if that were true..like what does that mean?

I don't think anyone means it as an objective criticism (because really, why would Japanese creators care about what reminds Americans of Charlie Brown? Why would it occur to them to try to avoid that association?). From an objective standpoint it's a fine design. It's just something that bothers certain people and doesn't bother others. Nothing worth fighting about, I don't think.

Right, right. I guess it is love it or hate it. It's that I've been hearing this for years now, and I have a "Wtf..Are you serious? :sly:" face on when I hear some CB comments about it. lol

Ahh well, I think the best of the Suits is Yellow and Red as a Tie then Green then Pink then Blue.

I really like yellow, because his visor is well designed, his suit compliments the gold on his seijuuken, and his suits has a nice glisten in the sun. As with many Yellow senshi's of course.

That's the point. It's a folk song about loving nature for the Super Sentai theme that's about an earthy culture that loves nature.

It reminds me more of Yoshida Takurou, but he's only a big folk singer in Japan.

There are rumors that the Gingaman singer is Shimon Masato using an alias, but they are unconfirmed either way.

Damn that guy. He pops up everywhere.

I don't think the Gingaman's suits are anywhere near as offensive as their out-of-suit wardrobe. Like, look at Ryouma's outfit -- it's an assault on the eyes. The football pad, how the outfit has every frickin' color in the crayon box...ugh.

And I think Gingaman's soundtrack is great, and the BGM is Toshihiko Sahashi's best tokusatsu work, IMO.

I'm not a fan of the particular style of the ED theme, but I love that ED theme. The English version is nonsense, but they add in these background vocalists that help add to it. And it helps to listen to the full versions of the songs -- Shimon gets crazy in the second verse of the OP, and the bridge is awesome. It's that cool little piece in the first episode when Ginga Red's charging after the entire Balban.

I'm surprised Kain likes so little of sentai ending themes -- rejecting them as being too happy, yet he likes "We Are the One" from Abaranger! How could you like that, but not something like "Ai no Soldier Maskman"?!

I never really liked the Gingaman suits mostly because there's just a terrible sense of aesthetic coordination going on in there. Bands of white probably would work better around their arms rather than hogging the chest area.
