Garo: The One Who Shines in the Darkness episode 22

I'm still relatively new to these threads, but does Black Fang ever have anything positive to say? I feel like most of his questions would be answered if he paid more attention to what happens in the show instead of looking for things to complain about.

Regarding Garo's lost shine...(MOVIE SPOILERS)

[HIDE]There was a scene where Garo was being beaten by the villain in space and the villain was causing his armour to rust up and therefore his gold to a silvery black colour.

Do you think this is related to the lost shine in Garo? Because the show hasn't really addressed the reason for Garo's loss of gold. Or have I missed it somewhere?[/HIDE]

Damn I really want to see that movie badly but I haven't seen any subs for it or found the movie has a raw.

Anyway yep that seems like a fairly reasonable assumption to me. Until they say other wise I'm going with that has the reason the Golden Shine is gone.

I personally can believe the shine's either gone with age, or the reason actually has nothing to do with Kouga.

I was pretty sure the answer to that question would be answered in the movie, since it comes chronologically before the latest series. I'm not sure if we've figured out how far in the future the current series is, but it's obviously after Kouga took his little trip to the underworld or wherever it is he went.

Nothing in the movie provide direct answer to why the color faded. Especially since [HIDE]Kouga got a new form at the end of the movie, there's nothing about how the armor could lose it's gold after getting possibly the most powerful form for the GARO armor.[/HIDE]

I dont know why I brought that up.

We're nearing the end huh? I gotta admit it was a decent time waster. It had really good moments and plenty that I didnt like either.

This show kind of reminds me a lot of the game Diablo III. It uses the same name and mythos but it is clear that it wasnt done by the same guys that made the original.

Of course I could just chalk it up to being diff characters, a diff place, a diff timeline. I dont hate the show by any means, I just think it's missing something that I cant pinpoint what.

Still, I dont mind giving up those 20+ mins an episode. It is entertaining enough and I appreciate their efforts.

I've enjoyed this show for the most part, though I must say that having three Makai Knights be less effective than two Knights from the first two seasons doesn't say good things about them.
