For the size restriction, they have this board thingie... errr, I'd best describe it as kind of like that "Hole in the Wall" game. If the parcel is too big and cannot fit through the hole, then it has to be sent using the next more expensive option.

Yep. Also depends if you're getting it by itself or with other memories. I'd have to recalculate it, but it shouldn't be too much more.
