Kiva: same until Kivat is put on his purch. the user's body is the covered in chains, like for Kiva's form changes. they then burst off, revealing the Kiva suit.

I don't think so. Why not add the black knight and red moon for Kiva. Kiva's symbol glowing on the ground, comes out with bats surrounding the user while he is glowing red around the body. The bats explode after fog surrounds the user and rider is revealed.

Anything on IXA, Saga, Rey, Arc and Dark Kiva?

How will the transformations for Kiva work? What about Kuuga and Agito henshins?

My votes "so far" for each of your ideas:
Faiz - Same and showing symbol
Blade - Armor bonds with user after he passes through hologram
Kabuto - User's body transforms to mold into Masked Mode. Note: Add the rider symbol once Zecter attaches to belt/grip/sword

Why can't we just keep the transformations the same from faiz onward. If nothing more just improve the visuals and cgi used.

Look, if they didn't do it for Dragon Knight, they're not going to make any of the other series any special treatment

Who says it's special treatment, most of them are fine the way they are if anything some of them just need some more detail to them. Besides they'd still be spending money on sfx for the transformation anyway.
