- I just love the Decade Complete Form-style animation during Type Tridoron's Full Throttle, showing all Shift Car's symbols (this is literally the only scene that shows the symbol of some unused Shift Cars lol)
Kinda sad that there's no animation for any of the unused Shift Car's Tire, though it makes sense, having to create a completely new Tire animation floating and spinning around for a split second scene isn't exactly something anyone would bother doing.
- Too bad Banno wasn't around to see his plan completely failed
- The emotional talk is indeed great......but I still don't understand how did Shinnosuke was able to see the time using his definitely-not-a-watch Shift Brace
- A holographic projection being able to hold a solid Shift Brace is strange, but maybe it's a part of Core Driviar's powers
- I find it kinda strange that Krim didn't ask about Signal Chaser, knowing him, he would easily noticed Signal Chaser is missing, though I guess he secretly already knew Gou wants to keep it.
- Considering we have Freeze and a few other Roidmudes, I don't get what's so funny about Chase copying a police......
- I like how the ending shows what happened afterwards with each of the SCU members. I'm glad they showed us that.
Overall, Drive is a good show in its own way, especially regarding emotion, you can feel it from both the heroes and the villain.
It takes time to go into top gear just like its own protagonist, but when it is in top gear, it's good to watch.
As for the toys being a problem, part of what caused it might have been because the toy looks way too toy-ish, as in, instead of looking like a device, they actually looks like a bunch of colorful plastic toys, making it harder to integrate into a show that's basically about an adult's life at work (not to mention it's police work) as the toys themselves clash with the tone of the series.
