Well, apparently when asked about the upcoming G.I. Joe movie, stuntman/actor Ray Park will say a few unenthusiastic words and then immediately start talking about King of Fighters, so at least we know that's going to be better than G.I. Joe.

I hope this has a better budget than the DBE movie & some of this other junk lately. Cause if the put stuff like cho hissatsu shinobi bachi in there.....we need good effects.

Well it likely wont even need a better budget. Not like they need money for special effects or anything. I dont expect to see any reppukens or what not.

Last I heard the movie had a $12 Million budget.
Dragonball Evolution had a $45 Million budget.
