While Faiz's wrist flick is a very a close second favorite, I absolutely love Hibiki's hand wave. I am starting to imitate it too in real life after I started watching the series D:

Kuuga's thumbs up is just as awesome too, and it has a lot more meaning to it than both Hibiki and Faiz's signature poses, I don't think I list it in the same category as Faiz and Hibiki though for some reason.
