Falling out of Toku....

This happens to me about once every five or six months. Most recently, Double brought me back in, and now that it's over I'm trying to rewatch Kiva and it's threatening to take me back out. The thing is that there's so much Toku out there that's becoming more and more available that you don't have to enjoy every new series that gets released because there's always something else just waiting to be watched. You'd be surprised how much classic Toku you can find dubbed, subtitled or raw, if that's your thing, on the interwebs with a little bit of patience and research.

This.

Double will get you back into toku in no time. There's so much that you can watch. You don't have to watch it all at once. Just find something you'll like, watch it, enjoy it, and watch another one. That's how it works.

Like.....I don't know. NO I AM NOT LEAVING! Please, I already made that mistake one. But, has it ever happened to you? Like I always used to wake up on days I had free and just watch Toku made crazyyyyy. Now.....I am so far behind on every single series and I just don't care.

Help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh man, I'm starting slip to out of Toku too.

Though, the only Toku so far that's keeping me entertained is OOO.

For me its like I lose motivation to watch shows sometimes and i get distracted by other shows. Like, i was watching Kuuga and Liveman, and I'm really into Liveman. Kuuga is good but I think cuz of how much hype people give it, its sorta falling short of my expectations for the show. And because of that, I found something else to watch. Right now I'm watching Firefly. When I'm done with that, Ill probably watch a few eps then find somethin else to watch.

I think everyone goes through a period where they dont feel like watching Toku. Just cuz you're a fan doesnt mean you have to watch it or be in the mood to watch it every day. But, because you're a fan, you'll most likely come back to it, so no worries.

Not falling out per se, but more of not being as enthusiastic enough.... I was really really into KR Double.... When it was still airing, I almost never missed a showing... OOOs is more like, I'll just wait for the subbed version... And it's the same of other stuff like anime and what not. Sometimes a series will just take you for a ride of your life, other would just walk with you... Clear as mud??? heheheh ;)

This happens to me every now and then. My Solution? J-Dramas :loltongue:

That's why I got to watch Galileo.

Nice. Toward the end when I didn't have homework or anything, I'd watch the the last 10-15 episodes of Double as soon as they were available raw. Double was so good. I miss it so much.

Sometimes when you find yourself falling out of something you like for a while, it could be minor depression. That seems to be the case with me at times...but just watch something else for a bit or do something different and it will return.

Oh, it happens with every hobby. For six months I couldn't watch a single Kung-Fu movie because I just had my fill of it, a year ago I couldn't sit down and watch anything animated because I was so sick and tired of watching anything made on paper. I say jst take a sabbatical from Toku and just do something else.

*joins bandwagon* Happens to me also. I'll just feel like not watching any anime/toku but somehow I manage to come back. Though this isn't the case with Goseiger. I haven't gone back to that since I stopped watching during the summer.

Its not even Goseiger and OOO, its Toku in general.

Like, I have a external harddrive of so many different animes/toku stuff I could watch. And I just don't have the urge.

Idk, maybe its cause of W being so awesome, and from the 2 eps I have seen in OOO its just eh compared to it. And I always have hated Goseiger, but I didn't think it would make me dislike Toku in general.....

This sucks.

Maybe you're just burned out? Take a break from the shows.. watch something else for a change.

Happened to me and videogames.. and now I can't get enough of them again
