Well if you truly wish to buy something I can help you out a bit as I've done it in the past. Instead of sending it all the way to japan just send it to me and I'll use paypal to pay on your behalf. Although it'd have to be something in stores like amazon japan so the rate doesn't change too much. PM and we'll talk I suppose.
