[GAME] Electrosaur Taskforce Kyoryuger: Shocking Bravery

Going over her work for any possible errors that needed correction Teimei made two copies before calling a stopping point. A nice long hot shower and something to eat that will tie her down till later on in the day headed towards the first stop, the Manga Café. A little gemstone she discovered thanks to a fellow colleague’s recommendation after catching her with a copy of Soul Eater. Reluctant at first Teimei did not want to offend go with him during one study break and found it beyond expectations. The owners of the establishment taken inspiration found in Japan favored highly integrating into typical coffee dominant franchise. The pastries made their indicated that the chef may have spent time tutelage under a culinary master to get the taste just right to get her hook. There was a mystery the voluptuous red-head continued both bewildered and amazed her partner also favored the sweet candy.

Taking an empty seat close by the window surveyed the room caught glimpse of one of the waitress waking a patron that appeared overly exhausted. Unlike most Cafés the Manga Café did not treat its patron without compassion for most of them were students balancing both school and work. Smiling lightly reached for the menu listing its day specials and manga recommendations that were handpick by cast of vote. It was hard not for Teimei to let out a yawn after noticing the tired patron. “Maybe I’d better order a double chocolate mocha to wake me up†Teimei replied exhaustingly covering her mouth.

Due to the Manga cafe being a short distance from her apartment, it only took ten minutes for Shirley to travel between the cafe and her apartment by foot. Climbing up the stairs, Shirley walked to the door of her apartment, and knocked first. When she did not get a response, she began to dig around in her bag.

Hmm...he's probably not home yet... Shirley thought, digging around in her bag for her wallet, where she kept her apartment keys attached. However, as she continued to dig around, she began to worry. Oh no....Oh crap...where is my wallet? Where are my keys? she thought, pulling her hand out and proceeding to check other places, like her skirt pockets. Deciding that the wallet wasn't in her pockets, she quickly bounded down the stairs.

Okay...maybe I left it at work...or maybe I dropped it at the spirit base... Shirley thought, her mind racing quickly as she sprinted back to the pizza place first. Unbeknownst to the buxom young redhead, a blue wallet with a catgirl design and a key ring, with keys attached to it, sat unnoticed on the very seat she vacated at the Manga Cafe.

Being not the type fancy energy drinks to make it through the day found double chocolate mocha best suited to start the day anew. With the waitress departed with her order in hand Teimei removed her hat not wanting to be disrespectful wearing it inside while she waited. Combing through her hair delicately with one hand flicked out the small business card presented to them yesterday from her blazer pocket. Reminiscing a little of that day event ponder exactly what James did aside from their duty as Kyoryugers brought out the detective side of her only made a few theories. And that of the others Teimei ponder the very same question. Disrupted from these thoughts by the door’s chimes opening notice that the exhausted girl from earlier had departed.

Likely going through school herself understood the difficulty multitasking with school and work. However, another factor entering Teimei’s life found having to cut back on a few activities not that she minded. This new part raised many things her father stood for as a detective helping others was happy to be chosen. Sliding the business card back into the pocket noted the blue wallet and keys that had been left behind. When the waitress had come back with the order ready to be carried out questioned about the patron who had had just left. The waitress barely been with the establishment only a few days Teimei decided to take them to their owner guessing the worry she might be going through. Near or far the voluptuous red-haired young woman did not mind the distance wanted see them return soon as possible. Thankfully the State ID gave Teimei the address of the woman living not too far, but also her name before closing it not wanting to snoop further into the wallets contents. Asking for a plastic lid for her drink Teimei walked towards Shirley’s apartment.

Each apartment was different did not know if she needed to press the tenants’ buzzer to be let in or walk through the front door. Fortunately it was the later walked up the flight of stairs minding to keep an eye open before running into Shirley. “Excuse me…Are you Shirley?â€

The shooting range was nearly empty as Siva and Tony entered. After the required checks had finished, the men went into the back and entered the booths. Tony had chosen to be on Siva's right and after placing the earmuffs on his head, closely mimicked the Indians postures.

Siva had momentarily closed his eyes, and entered his 'sniper' state of mind. Gripping the gun with both hands, Siva raised it toward the target and began to fire. Though he didn't notice, Tony had also begun to shoot. Though his shots were slower and more carefully chosen than Siva's.

"Ah heh...yeah...w...we should try to get the others to be more....well, open with us..." That's what Albert had, but he didn't have any ideas in actually achieving that goal. He was hoping that his leader had an idea on that front. It was enough for him to even talk all that much right now. That said, he was making progress on his social anxiety, little by little.

Making her way down the stairs to try and search for her missing wallet, Shirley made it as far as halfway between the first and second floors when she encountered a voluptuous young woman wearing a suit and a fedora hat, her long red hair flowing down her shoulders. Shirley was about to pass by the young woman when she heard the woman call her name.

“Excuse me…Are you Shirley?”

This caused her to stop before the young woman. "Ah, yes. That is me. How may I help you?" she asked courteously, suspicious of the young woman before her. How does she know my name? I haven't seen her before... she thought, studying the young woman -- Teimei Kobayashi -- intently.

I'm NOT DEAD

The final bell rang as the paper targets zoomed forward for inspection. Siva glanced over his own once before removing it and exiting the booth. Tony sighed in defeat as he stared at the mocking sheet before him. The few hits he had were on the edges of the targets.

"It is very different, shooting the ground vs. shooting from a screaming jet." Siva offered with a grin.

Tony perked up at this. It was true. He'd missed the sensations of being in the air, the pressure on his body and mind. Even the simulators provided that environment. Tony glanced down at his hand in surprise, feeling that it was trembling. No, his whole body seemed to be trembling.

Quizzically he looked to Siva. "Feeling gravity and rotation, nervousness, among other factors." Came the calm response. "It takes a lot of practice to get to used to piloting an aircraft, in turn it takes equal if not more to readjust the body to earth."

Tony nodded in understanding. "I remember my legs being like jelly my first few trips in the simulation, not counting my first real flight... that was a trip and a half."

"Exactly..." Siva stole a glance at his watch. His batteries should be fully charged now. "Unfortunately I have leave Tony. I need to run a few errands."

Tony looked a bit crestfallen but nodded once more. "Sure thing Siva. Thanks for the tips."

With a silent nod the man turned and jogged out the door. Soon he found a portal to the base and entered it.

"Now to grab my batteries and..." But the rest of the statement jammed in Siva's throat at the sight that greeted him...

"Ah, yes. That is me. How may I help you?" Shirley asked courteously Teimei detected an immediate drawn of suspicion etched across the young woman’s face. As there are honest people in the world and are those whom are not lead into harm’s way. A very smart girl Teimei noted exercising cautionary toward an unfamiliar face during the day (or even at night). It did not take very much to understand from the others’ perspective needed to choose the next words carefully or lose her honest sincerity of a good deed returning Shirley’s wallet and keys. Chuckling nervously tuck the small doggie bag in one arm and placing the half-finished beverage on the floor freeing one hand. “Umm…Forgive me; I know that this looks bad but…..†Teimei check each of pockets till remembering she had placed them in a hidden pocket inside the fedora hat.

“I do believe that you’ve left this on the table at the Magna Café.†Teimei explained holding the two lost items. “Again please accept my apology for my intrusion or alarm. The Magna Café started to draw more patrons was not sure the staff would notice them and didn’t want to take the chance of someone walking off with them in the process.†settling the fedora hat back on her head. “I had only pull out the ID voluntary to read the address printed on the card best check that everything outta be accounted for. Your address was just a short stop on my way towards a friend of mine imagine you’d fel more relieve to have it sooner.â€
