As the largest population center in Japan and the location of the country's largest broadcasters and studios, Tokyo is frequently the setting for many Japanese movies, television shows, animated series (anime), web comics, and comic books (manga). Known for its deep cultural enrichment Teimei dreamed of often enough to become an actress appearing in live-action series/movies and voice-over in anime. Life for Teimei growing up in one of the largest metropolitan area in the world was hardly anything typical. Daughter of a fashion designer Toshi and detective Taisho lived a life what most may consider privilege but far be it from the truth. The unconditional and nurturing love of both parents Teimei was raised to be an individual with a strong heart.
It was from their upbringing Teimei followed that of her own path becoming a fashionista rather following recent trendsetters. The voluptuous red-head young woman knew what one wears does not define true character liked taking a spin on what many viewed plain (or retro) give that personal touch. However, fashionista does not desire to follow her mother’s footsteps or be another trendsetter telling what someone to wear. While it is her dream one day to be an actress Teimei expressed great interest in her father’s field of work. Whether it was on or off duty Teimei look up to her father’s strong heart and sense of justice helping those who are often enough turned away by the police. Teimei taken from her father’s action even if there something you can do no matter how small will make greater difference in another’s life. After completing high school Teimei pursued her education in law enforcement and partaking extra curriculum working in her father’s agency.
Third of a quarter reaching into her honor bachelor’s degree the Kobayashi family were called to the United States after receiving news concerning of a relative. Toshi’s older brother who currently resided in California became paralyzed from an automobile accident required living assistance not covered fully by his insurance or any extended family living within the US. Knowing how important family was understood how her father was still need by the community offered to go in her parents place. Working with the university most of Teimei’s credits were transferred overseas to the neighboring university where her uncle lived. After completing the proper channels to become a US citizen resumed taking her studies and work part-time as a receptionist. Bit of a downscale Teimei did not mind as it fit her schedule both home and at school. If not for her family and uncle’s support transition living in the United States might not have been less stressful.
However, the one thing that Teimei did not counter in either citizenship studies or mention in her uncles letter. Out on an errand run for few house essentials’ and gather ingredients for the night dinner stumbled across foot soldiers Teimei will come to know as the Virals. Exactly something straight out of Teimei’s anime and live-action shows attacking the open market stands. From a different perspective one can call Teimei’s action being recklessly or brave, maybe little of both, either way the young woman needed to help. Diverting the Virals attentions toward her hope to buy enough time for the market patrons to flee aware not standing much against the foot-soldiers. Teimei’s action did not gone entirely unnoticed under the watchful eyes of Torin who waited to see if she would hold ground or forsake others just to save herself. Please at the decision made snapped his fingers summoning Dricera. Watching a pink mechanical triceratops burst onto the scene bulldozing the Virals into the air Teimei felt like all reality slammed it breaks from what she bore witness too.
At first Torin’s appearance alongside the Dricera explaining what those oddly creatures were and what the world will soon face a danger it was not prepared for. A line sounding straight out of the pages of manga or televised program Teimei admitted openly to her savior. Not surprised that the red-head remained skeptic offered a simple challenge to prove his words rang true. If Teimei was able to defeat Dricera with her own power will be able to see the danger face today only be a small scale on what could had been far greater. There were others much like her, but if the Earth stood any chance for survival required their power. By chance Teimei prove to be unsuccessful by the time given set grant her to walk away and return to the life she knew how short it may be. One thing was clear that Teimei felt that he was speaking the truth that moment accepted it.
The match between Dricera ended in a draw Teimei felt convinced enough believing the mechanical dinosaur was holding back proved them to be on the good side wanting to help the people. Much like a dectective in a small way.
Fun Fact: When Teimei wears the outfit worn she does wear the hat.

Not meaning to kill the vibe here, I'm genuinely just curious as I don't do forum RPGs. How exactly do you make an RPG work when there are only 2 episodes out and we don't really know how the "mechanics" of this world work? And how all do you make the "plot" progress exactly? I'm genuinely baffled.
