The Doctor Who specials soundtrack is released today after being delayed.
Apparently Forbidden Planet London has the specials soundtrack already stocked and on the shelf.

For those in the US we have to wait till November

Confirmed. Series 6 premier will be a two-parter, with Amy, Rory and the Doctor in 1960 Utah, meeting River again.

Just confirmed again on BBC Three's 60 seconds news burst. Transcript:

The new series of Doctor Who will open with a two parter set in America. Key scenes will be filmed in Utah. The story will be set in the sixties and takes them to the white house.
